Includes exclusive access to all 6 cozy, recently refreshed cabins (sleeping up to 35 guests!) and 200 feet of sandy beachfront. Your group can enjoy endless lakefront fun with our 50-foot water slide, water trampoline, floating dock, beachside playground, and a full fleet of paddle boats, kayaks, and a canoe.
We love welcoming your well-behaved four-legged family members. This fee helps us cover the extra deep-cleaning and a bit of extra wear-and-tear that comes with furry guests (not inclusive of major damages). Maximum of 3 pets total per booking.
We take immense pride in keeping our cabins sparkling clean and in tip-top shape for you. This flat fee ensures the entire property is deeply sanitized, freshly stocked with crisp linens, and beautifully prepared so everything is perfect the moment your group arrives.
Note: A standard 6% state sales and use tax will be added to the subtotal. We keep things fully transparent so there are no surprises on your final bill.
Includes exclusive rental of the entire property for the required 7-night minimum, plus our flat turnover cleaning fee and 6% sales tax. (Excludes any pet fees).
As a thank you to our returning groups, previous guests get first access to re-book their current calendar week for next year. Rentals for any remaining openings will open up to the public exactly one week after that stay wraps up.
